Classroom enviroment

During my planning process: I designed clear, well-organized, sequential lessons , align with standards and  appropriate for diverse learners. Using formal e informal methods to mesure students progress. The  lessons are engaging and flexible, following the achievement for all students. My board has the structure as the picture: in one side the alligment and other have  Do now, agenda and homework.

​

 

 

As a routines  the students are asigned a daily do now page, the books are accessible under their desk, the expectations are clearly stablished and the classroom culture is very collaborative.​

Professional responsability

 I  supports all learners in their pursuit of academic and social-emotional success; with the parents help. I went to their places to help on missing activities. I did have nice communication with parents, monitoring the students progress and adjusting to their levels and lessons adjustments.

During my teaching experience I modeled all professional standards ( attendance, professioanl appearance, sistematically contacts parents regarding students' academic and social growth) I enhanced the professional community, participating in my school food truck monthly and colaborate with any activity in campus.

​

My major achievements were: to incorporate technolgy  into Temple Christian School and  to advocates for the needs of all my students in classroom and campus through the "Learn Spanish to Succeed" project wchich gave  Bammel $5,000.00, to implement technology into the classroom.
