Actually, I'am working for Virtual Learning Program - SpringISD, since 2019, teaching Spanish 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B PreAP classes.

Westside High School
From August 2018 - 2019 at Westside High School, I do have a lot of lessons learned situations for Spanish 1, 2 and PreAP, that make me strong on my planning, instruction expectations, learning enviroment and professional practices and responsabilities.

Bammel Middle School
From 2017-2018, I had the opportunity to work at Bammel Middle School, I do have a lot of lessons learned situations that make me strong on my planning, instruction expectations, learning enviroment and professional practices and responsabilities.
Research
I had the privilege during 2011 - 2012 to work on a graduate research project at Western Illinois University under Dr. Hemphill's supervision, in how incorporating technology into curriculums affects teaching and Student achievement"
Intership and computer lab assistant
I learned a lot from these two experience about the many layers of teaching and training others. I am thankful for the time I spent with WIU and Temple Christian School, and for the way it helped me think about assignments, facilitating discussions and technology tools issues, drawing out students', other teacher's and staff strengths.

From 03/1983-03/1989, I had the honor of working at University of Panamá Assistant Professor and professor during summer semester's. I supported and teach the students throughout the semesters, I organized my enviroment, material and equipment, as well as, evaluate, enter grade, etc.

Teaching experience in the United State: since 2011 until now.
02/2008- 03/2010- ITT System International hired as Quality Assurance Analyst: responsible to Plan, schedule and conduct internal QA audits in order to ascertain process execution, capability and compliance with applicable procedures and standard practices.
10/2007 –11/2008- Combat Support Associate (CSA)-Deputy Project Management Office Services Coordinator and Adm. Responsible of providing administrative support to the Deputy Project Management, facilitating office processes: ensuring office overall duties on time, etc.
02/2001 -08/2002 Customer Service - AFFINA, U.S.
Responsible for customer relationship, between Medicare/Medicaid and their Associates; inbound Calls; welcome associate, place literature fulfillment; help them with their questions about: Medicare billing, (file a claim, how to detect fraud, etc.) Medicare appeals, inform them about the Different plan choices, address change, replacement card, inform them about Medicaid Enrollment, etc, all in a courteous and professional manner.

Administrative Support, writing the policy to manage the debt collection process, under the Manager acceptance or modification, I helped to ensure that the goals.

Performs customer interaction solution for market in communication products, specially calling Cards Agents; Answering incoming calls from calling cards agents, providing them with their Client’s credit complains issues.
